Tricity Labs builds Verity — a continuous, independent building performance evidence platform for housing associations and Approved Housing Bodies across the UK and Ireland.
An EPC or BER tells you what a home should do, based on its construction. It doesn’t tell you what a home is actually doing — how warm it stays, whether damp is building, whether the retrofit that was supposed to fix it actually worked. Between annual inspections, that gap is invisible, and it’s where welfare risk quietly accumulates.
Tricity Labs was founded to close that gap with continuous, independent, measured evidence — not another modelled estimate, and not evidence produced by the same organisation that carried out the work being evaluated.
